Meditation is a powerful tool which helps to control the mind.
Your mind is creating your reality through the power of your thoughts, this is known as manifestation.
Meditation helps us to control our mind when the five senses are shut down, hearing, taste, touch, sight, smell and we focus on breathing techniques. This allows us to reach what is known as 'zero point'.
Meditation trains the mind to become present in the moment through reaching zero point during your meditation sessions. At zero point you have no concept of space and time, with no association to your body, you understand you are consciousness existing in the now.
Reaching zero point helps to reduce anxiety and stress and can help to heal the body as you are not thinking about past experiences or future possible events that you have not consciously experienced yet.
