The piece is showing the destruction of a planet once known as Maldek. This planet was destroyed around 4,800,000 years ago. The planet was based between Mars and Jupiter which today makes up the asteroid belt with its remains. The planet Maldek and all of its beings reached a very high level of consciousness and had a large amount of sophisticated technologies. The beings on Maldek were trying to use hydrogen which made up a large amount of the planet's atmosphere for energy. Whilst these beings were trying to utilise this energy with their technology they ended up destroying the whole of their planet including all of the life on it.
 
Earth and Mars were also affected badly from the planet being destroyed. Mars came off far worse with the planet's atmosphere and surface being destroyed. While Earth's atmosphere was affected which resulted in a slow loss of hydrogen from the atmosphere over millions of years which eventually caused the great flood on Earth which took place around 12,000 years ago. The water from the great flood came from the skies, Earth's atmosphere and outer space which is made from fluid. Earth's surface was constantly hit by asteroids (parts of Maldek) over thousands and thousands of years causing many reset events on Earth.
 
All the beings living on Maldek at the time of its destruction did not ascend at bodily death due to this major event, so these souls were left trapped in the 1D level of consciousness with nowhere to go. This is shown in the piece with the spaceman floating lost in space. These souls after hundreds of thousands of years eventually managed to become free from the 1D level of consciousness and were able to assert their souls back into Earth's reincarnation loop.

Conclusion
High levels of consciousness act in the same way as the low levels of consciousness by producing reset events within the simulation which allows souls to incarnate into the simulation to experience these different cycles of consciousness.
